Actually I got sick of "Girlfriend in a coma". I am desperate to finish the last 50 pages. Hope the ending will be worth the read. But its a fascinating story of a group who are in search of their identities and its mixture with ghost and coma.
So had to get some nice fiction to come out of this sickness.
So yesterday I picked 2 books from Landmark.
Cuckold is a fiction set in history of Marwa's and Sultan of Delhi written by Kiran Nagarkar.
English, August, its the story of a young IAS officer brought up in the Anglo Indian environment who faces real India in Madna, MP.
Just by reading first 10 pages I can tell you that its fresh juicy and punk. Upamanyu Chatterji's work is fresh even after 18 years!
